7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If Edge Trader Tools isn't the right fit for your trading, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions, no hoops.
How It Works
You have 7 calendar days from your purchase date to request a refund. Send an email to contact@edgetradertools.com from the email address used for your order, and include your order ID or license key. We will process the refund within two business days, and the funds typically return to your card within 5–10 business days depending on your issuer.
What Happens To Your License
When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and can no longer be used to run Edge Trader Tools on any machine. This is automatic — you do not need to uninstall anything. If you repurchase later, you will receive a fresh license key.
After 7 Days
Because your license is delivered immediately and includes lifetime updates, all sales are final after the 7-day window. We do not offer prorated or partial refunds beyond that period. Before your window closes, we strongly encourage you to install the tool on a simulated account, run it through a few trading sessions, and reach out to support with any questions.
Educational Products
Educational products — courses, webinars, and training materials — are non-refundable once access has been granted or the material has been delivered. The 7-day guarantee applies to software license purchases only.
Exclusions
The money-back guarantee does not apply in cases of:
- License key sharing, resale, or distribution to third parties
- Attempted circumvention of license activation limits
- Chargebacks or disputes filed before contacting support
- Repeat purchases intended solely to obtain multiple refunds
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please email us first — we resolve the vast majority of concerns within 24 hours. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first forfeits the money-back guarantee, and we reserve the right to terminate access to Edge Trader Tools permanently in such cases.
